My parents raised me to be aware of my footprint on the Earth, so I always did my best to recycle, use re-usable shopping bags and purchase eco-friendly products. I was committed to caring for the Earth, but had never considered the consequences that toxic cleaners could have on my young family and pets. After a tireless trial of various over-the-counter "green" cleaning products, I found myself frustrated by how poorly they actually cleaned, and by how expensive they were. At a party I mentioned my frustration to a friend's Mom, and that's when she introduced me to Shaklee...and it has since changed my life!
Shortly after I officially launched my Shaklee business in January of 2008 we found out (much to our surprise) that I was pregnant with our 3rd child. This unexpected event turned my attention towards the Shaklee nutritional products and Cinch protein shakes. I had a wonderful, healthy pregnancy and in October 2008 our son was born. Of the three natural childbirths, this one was the easiest labor and he was a beautifully healthy 8lb 14-oz boy. Our children all continue to thrive in our healthy non-toxic home environment, and we have Shaklee to thank for that.
